Book an Appointment to speak with us
Our online booking portal allows you to schedule an appointment with one of our consultants. If you are wishing to arrange a memorial (such as a plaque or headstone), please call us directly on 1300 466 904 and a member of our team will be pleased to assist you.
If you need to choose a grave urgently and can’t find a suitable appointment time, please contact us.
Appointment duration is 10 minutes. Ashes can only be collected by the authorised person who signed the original Authorisation of Cremation paperwork with the funeral director. If you wish to purchase an urn or divide the ashes, please select the 'Collect Ashes with Urn Purchase' appointment type.
