Colouring Competition

The promoter of this event is Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (ABN: 74 275 063 688), 600 Princes Highway, Level 1, The Clarence Reardon Centre, Springvale VIC 3171. 

• The event commences on 10th May 2025 12:00am and concludes entry on 12th May 2025 12:00am. 
• Entry is via submission of contact details to the competition entry form through scanning a QR code, which grants eligibility for the Mother's Day Hampapolooza prize pack to the value of $185. 
• The winning entry will be selected by a panel of café team members based on the colouring skill of submissions and will take place on 14th May 2025 at 12:00pm. 
• The winning entry will be contacted via the details provided and collection of the prize pack will take place at Café vita et flores at Springvale Botanical Cemetery. 
• Results will be published by showcasing the winning entry at Cafe Vita et Flores at Springvale Botanical Cemetery. 
• Should the winning entry be unclaimed after 3 attempts to contact the participant, a second entry will be selected by the same team members and the prize pack will be allocated to that entry via the same method. 
• The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. 
• The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, use this information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, profiling and/or other purposes, including sending electronic messages. 
• Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
