You are warmly invited to visit our locations this Mother's Day weekend.
Mother's Day can be an important time for our community, as we reflect and remember the mothers and mother figures no longer with us. You are not alone. Our spaces are here to support reflection, remembrance, and connection.
If you are planning to visit our locations for the Mother's Day weekend, you may notice some changes to the way we assist you. We've made these changes to make sure we provide the safest and most comfortable experience for all our guests.
Changes may include (but not be limited to) provisions for increased traffic, changes to operating hours and special events and experiences.

Flower delivery service
Our dedicated florist can deliver fresh floral tributes to graves and memorials at SMCT cemeteries for no additional cost. To arrange this, please call (03) 8523 1690 or order online with a minimum spend of $40 and at least 48 hours’ notice.
Locations include Springvale Botanical Cemetery, Bunurong Memorial Park, Dandenong Community Cemetery, St Kilda Cemetery, Cheltenham Memorial Park and Melbourne General Cemetery.

Mother’s Day Remembrance Service at Bunurong Memorial Park 2018

The theme for the evening was ‘high-tea’ and included colourful flowers sitting in teacups, which were symbolic of enjoying precious moments together with loved ones over a cup of tea.
