Crematorium in Melbourne
At Springvale Botanical Cemetery and Bunurong Memorial Park, we offer caring and respectful crematorium services to help families say goodbye in a way that feels right for them. Our crematoriums are located on-site at the cemetery, making it easier for loved ones to stay close during the farewell.
What is a crematorium?
A crematorium is a place where a person’s body is gently turned into ashes using heat. This process is done with care and respect, and in accordance with Australian regulations. Families can choose what to do with the ashes - keep them in an urn, scatter them in a garden, or place them in a memorial.
