On Thursday 17 May, the beautiful Saint Michael the Archangel Mausoleum was officially opened and blessed by the Most Reverend, Bishop Terence Curtin DD.
Saint Michael the Archangel is the final mausoleum to be constructed at the historic Melbourne General Cemetery. Located in the heart of Carlton, this elegant mausoleum offers a serene and sacred resting place, blending timeless architecture with modern design. As part of Melbourne’s most iconic cemetery, it provides families with a dignified memorial space in a location rich with heritage and cultural significance.
