An update on the new All Souls mausoleum
- 2 February 2022

With construction of the new All Souls mausoleum well underway, a newly announced pre-sales weekend will give our community the opportunity to secure a sought after premium pair position – one of less than 50% remaining.
Nestled on the expansive lawns of Springvale Botanical Cemetery’s south-eastern corner, All Souls promises to deliver a contemporary interpretation of a mausoleum.
This serene, light-filled space will blend its distinctly modern sensibilities with traditional cultural references – from ornate terrazzo tiling to a peaceful courtyard garden inspired by the Garden of Gethsemane.
Construction for the mausoleum is now underway, in partnership with 2Construct Pty Ltd, using a curated selection of premium materials. An expansive piece of Harcourt granite will represent the Agony Rock in the mausoleum’s garden, while marble and bluestone will adorn the floor in ornate mosaic patterns. All Souls will accommodate 364 total interments, with stage one set for completion in mid-2022.
We may still be some months away from the first construction milestone, but interest in All Souls has already been piqued. With approximately 50% of premium pair positions already secured following a pre-sales event in late 2021, we are pleased to announce that a second pre-sales event will be held on Saturday 12 February to accommodate for members of our community and families wishing to plan ahead.
For more information on the mausoleum, please visit our All Souls Mausoleum Homepage, or alternatively, book an obligation-free pre-sales appointment here.
