The Grief Retreat: A day of remembrance, healing and connection
- 1 June 2026

What you will experience on the day
This thoughtfully designed program balances emotional support with practical tools to help you navigate grief beyond the day itself.
Throughout the retreat, you will be gently guided through:
- Wellbeing and reflection sessions
- Opportunities to honour and remember loved ones
- Practical tools and insights to support your grief journey
- Quiet moments for rest, reflection, and connection
Every element of the day is designed to feel accessible, nurturing, and pressure-free. You are welcome to participate in ways that feel right for you.
A calming sound healing session closes the day, helping you leave feeling grounded, supported, and at ease.
A safe and supportive environment
We understand that attending something like this can feel like a big step. You will be supported throughout the day by trained bereavement volunteers and surrounded by others who truly understand.
Past participants often describe the retreat as a turning point in their grief journey:
“Each session offered something meaningful to take home, and the opportunity to connect with others made me feel less alone. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived.”
