Grief Australia, in partnership with Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries, offers free monthly information sessions exploring grief and bereavement.
These sessions provide a calm, welcoming environment where participants can learn about different aspects of grief. Each session focuses on a specific topic, delivering clear, easy-to-understand information, practical insights, and supportive guidance to help deepen understanding.
These sessions are educational in focus and are not structured as peer support groups. There is no expectation to share personal experiences, you are welcome to simply attend, listen, and take away whatever feels most helpful for you.
