Join me this month for a gentle guided meditation to release Guilt.
Each circle will look a little different, with a new focus each time. From mindful art, scrapbooking, journalling prompts, and guided meditation to sound healing, affirmations, aromatherapy, ambient lights, and more.
This month, our Mindful Circle gently focuses on softening the guilt we often carry.
For those who have lost a baby, child, or grandchild, grief doesn’t only live in the heart. Guilt often walks alongside it. Guilt for what we wish we’d done differently, for surviving, for moments of joy, or for simply continuing on.
This gathering is made even more special through the beautiful connection and shared care between SMCT and Red NoseExternal site, two organisations deeply committed to supporting families through loss, remembrance, and healing. Together, this collaboration helps create spaces where grief can be acknowledged gently and held with compassion.
In this circle, we will be held in a guided meditation infused with healing sounds, offering space to soften, release, and meet ourselves with compassion.
After the meditation, you’re invited to enjoy a coffee and gentle connection together at Café Vita Et Flores.
Facilitated by me, Fotini, with many years of experience in mindfulness and healing.
